Every new client is free for 30 days. Moves are pro rata on your next invoice. Prices exclude VAT and are billed to the practice on one subscription.

One click switches you into their books with everything you need and nothing you do not. Close it and you are back on the list. No signing out, no second password, no separate login per client.
Move a client up a tier when they register for VAT and the price changes pro rata. Quarvex will even move them for you and say why, rather than letting them sit on a tier that cannot file their return.
A business can hand its company to you, books and history intact, and you pick up the bill from that day. You can hand one back just as easily. Nobody re-keys a year of transactions.

Who did what, on which client, and when. Journals keep their amendment history. Filings keep their HMRC correlation reference. Two-factor sign in is required on practice accounts.
Xero Ledger is £2.50 a client a month. It is a genuinely useful product, and it does not do VAT, has no bank feed, and your client cannot code a transaction in it. Ours is £1.50 for the same job, and a client moves up to VAT and their own login when they need them.
