Quarvex is UK accounting, VAT, payroll and tax filing software, made by Britannia Digital Limited. The company is raising its first round. Under UK law the details can be shared only with certain investors, so the page asks who you are first.
Who are you?
Britannia Digital Limited is a private company. UK law lets it share investment information only with certain investors. Please confirm which you are.
Investing in an early-stage company puts your capital at risk, and you may lose all of it. What follows, and the information pack, are for the investors named above only, and the pack is sent after the statement is confirmed in writing.
01
The wave is already breaking
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax began on 06/04/2026 for income over £50,000.00, reaches £30,000.00 on 06/04/2027 and £20,000.00 on 06/04/2028. From 06/04/2027 company cars and vans must go through the payroll. Businesses have to change software whether they want to or not.
02
Built, not promised
Invoicing, bank feeds, VAT on three schemes, payroll with RTI, pensions, CIS, benefits in kind and Self Assessment, in one product, on HMRC's own specifications. 31 screens, live, with an audit trail of 439 findings worked through line by line (figures as at 16/10/2026).
03
A fraction of the usual cost to run
One founder, no office, no engineering payroll. The product is built and tested by AI under a strict test regime: about 14,000 automated checks run before every release (as at 16/10/2026). Money raised goes to winning customers, not to salaries.
04
A price nobody else offers
For a VAT-registered business Xero charges £18.00 to £70.00 a month plus payroll by the person and CIS by the month. Quarvex is £14.99 with everything in. The comparison, from their own price lists.
05
Two channels, one product
Businesses buy a plan. Accountancy practices get a free console and pay per client, so one practice brings fifty companies at once.
06
Why now, for an investor
This is the first round. Britannia Digital Limited will seek SEIS advance assurance before taking any investment, so that a UK investor can claim the reliefs the scheme gives on a company's first £250,000.00 of qualifying investment. Early money qualifies; later money may not.
